Terms and Conditions
The purchaser must make a non-refundable down payment of 500,000 THB. (five hundred thousand baht)
The seller and purchaser agree to sign the contract within 7 working days from the date of reservation. The land registration (transfer fee) and stamp duty/fee shall be shared 50/50 (equally) by both parties.
The Income Tax and Specific Business Tax shall be borne by the seller.
A Property Management Fund is charged at 100,000 THB (one hundred thousand baht) per house.
Payment for common expenses shall be charged at the rate of 50 THB per wah2 per month and is to be paid one year in advance.
The office is the seller's private property and exists to service the residents of Lanna Homes.
